Greg and Jenny Devereaux first entered the Real Estate industry in 1985 and 1986 respectively and they have lived and worked in the district ever since.

In 1994, Greg and Jenny bought Kelmscott Real Estate and merged it with their own business to establish the present company, Kelmscott First National.

Having worked in various positions in different Real Estate companies in the district, Greg and Jenny have a very clear understanding of the management style that they prefer and work tirelessly to create an environment that encourages all employees to perform as a team.

There are six property consultants in the sales team and they all live in the district, so you can be sure that the person that is looking after you has a passionate interest for, and understanding of the neighbourhood.

All the consultants that work at Kelmscott First National have access to a fully networked computer system equipped with the latest software that is written specifically for the Real Estate industry. They are available to their clients all the time to be sure that the client is well-supported at this important time and is able to confidently make well-informed decisions when necessary.

Kelmscott First National has a large property management portfolio ranging from units, villas, small and large houses and rural properties throughout the south-east corridor of the metro area. The portfolio is fully-computerised, with two qualified property managers and a trust account supervisor. The team specialises in quality management of the properties with special emphasis on liaising with landlords at all times.
